Iran and Russia shun US dollar in trade - the anti US dollar list will grow

OWoN: It can not be clearer the US is being shunned from International trade.

This has been in the works for some time and a clear sign that the dollar will be shunned by Russia wherever they can. Without Europe now with their direct conversion to the Yuan, the anti US list became longer.

Russia, Iran to boycott US dollar in bilateral trade

World Bulletin
30 September 2014

Russia and Iran have agreed to use their own national currencies in bilateral trade transactions rather than the U.S. dollar.

Iran’s IRNA news agency reported that the plans were announced in a meeting on Tuesday in Tehran by Iranian business magnate and head of the Iran-Russia Joint Chamber of Commerce, Asadollah Asgaroladi.

An original agreement to trade in rials and rubles was made earlier this month in a meeting between Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak and Iranian Oil Minister Bijan Namdar Zanganeh.

Similarly, Russia and China also agreed to trade with each other using the ruble and yuan in early September, following a Russian deal with North Korea in June to trade in rubles.

The move away from the U.S. dollar is yet another reaction to Western sanctions placed on Russia since it annexed Crimea from Ukraine in March.

In response to sanctions on Russia by the European Union, Russia has also threatened to cut off Europes gas supply and close its air space to European airlines. Russia has also boycotted European food imports, in a move likely to affect farmers in the EU.

  1. Yes for Iran!

Iran Commander: White House Is ISIS Headquarters

Vatic Note: I can sum up my vatic note in just one question ...... does anyone see any blood splattering, or any on the ground or on the bodies of those supposedly being killed? So who is paying those laying in the makeshift ditch? In answering those questions, one must realize there is no need for a vatic note at this point. So read below and see if you agree with the title or not. You already know what my opinion of Pete Santilli is, so there is nothing more for me to say. Have a great evening and day tomorrow.

Iran Commander: White House Is ISIS Headquarters

Commander of Iran’s Basij volunteer force Mohammad Reza Naqdi said on Saturday, “The White House is the headquarters of the ISIL.”
Washington itself created the “cancerous tumor and devious current” of ISIL in the region, the Iranian official said.

“The first objective of the United States in creating this criminal current is to portray a distorted image of Islam and this has been achieved through the perpetration of inhumane and savage crimes and their publication by the world media,” he said.

“The second objective is to create rift, animosity and war between the Shia and Sunni,” the Iranian commander pointed out.
Naqdi called on all Muslims to maintain their unity and avoid issues that fuel religious conflicts.

On Friday, US President Barack Obama said that the United States is assembling an international coalition with the goal to “snuff out” the ISIL terrorist group, adding that such extremist groups have “no place in the 21st century.”

Ministers from the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Canada, Australia, Turkey, Italy, Poland and Denmark met in Wales on September 4-5 to hammer out a strategy for battling ISIL. This is while the rise of the ISIL Takfiri terrorists has been directly attributed to the Western interventionist policies in the region, particularly in Syria and Iraq.

The ISIL terrorists control large parts of Syria’s east and north. ISIL also sent its Takfiri militants into Iraq in June, seizing large swathes of land straddling the border between Syria and Iraq.

  2. Former German Chancellor: “Sanctions Against Russia Are Wrong”

Former German Chancellor Gerhard Schroeder yesterday criticized western sanctions against Russia and urged a diplomatic solution in Ukraine:

“We need a diplomatic, a political solution of the conflict in Ukraine.”

“We should make every effort to implement the peace agreements which have been agreed to.”

“Then there will be found a basis to solve the conflict and to abandon the sanctions, which I think are wrong.

I really want to say that clearly. That is my wish and that’s what I wanted to make clear here [today]“

The remarks were made during a two-day forum designed to strengthen ties between Russian and German businesses.
