  3. AS PRESIDENT-ELECT DONALD TRUMP OVER TURNED THE ENTIRE OLD WORLD ORDER?
    Dec 16, 2016

Last week some very grave alarm bells began ringing around the world when the Swedish Civil Contingencies Agency (MSB) sent a letter to local authorities across the country telling them to make preparations for war with Russia.

Unfortunately, though, none of these alarm bells were heard in America because that entire nation has gone totally insane. And with insanity being described as madness, folly, foolishness, and lunacy, there is no other apt description that coveys what is now happening in what used to be the most revered country in the modern world.

  9. 'PARIS — Christine Lagarde, the managing director of the International Monetary Fund, was found guilty on Monday of criminal charges linked to the misuse of public funds during her time as France’s finance minister, a verdict that could force her out of her post.

The judge hearing the case declined, however, to impose a fine or any jail time on Ms. Lagarde, who began her second five-year term at the I.M.F. in February. The scandal has overshadowed her work at the fund, to which she was appointed in 2011, after Dominique Strauss-Kahn resigned as managing director when he was accused of having sexually assaulted a maid in a New York City hotel.'

  14. HAHA.... LOL.... Poor HRC.... Even from an DNC rag paper...

Despite calls for electors to defy the voters in states carried by Mr. Trump, the only signs of “faithless” electors have been in states that Mrs. Clinton won. An elector in Maine voted for Senator Bernie Sanders of Vermont rather than Mrs. Clinton. And a Minnesota elector who was a Sanders supporter said he could not vote for Mrs. Clinton, and was replaced by an alternate, so his protest did not affect the tally.

  16. EM Drive is an “impossible” spacecraft engine that generates thrust from the quantum vacuum, using no moving parts and producing no exhaust

Excerpt: The technology in question is called the EM Drive, and it’s an “impossible” spacecraft propulsion device that produces real thrust while emitting nothing (i.e. no exhaust) and having no moving parts. “The EM Drive (Electro Magnetic Drive) uses electromagnetic microwave cavities to directly convert electrical energy to thrust without the need to expel any propellant,” explains Hacked.com. “[Harold G. White, a scientist] proposes that the EM Drive’s thrust is due to virtual particles in the quantum vacuum that behave like propellant ions in magneto-hydrodynamical propulsion systems, extracting ‘fuel’ from the very fabric of space-time and eliminating the need to carry propellant.”

  18. And, the inevitable is beginning to happen. The Alt-Right is incensed over the latest Muslim atrocity in Germany where 9 are dead and 50 wounded. And so the call to fight fire with fire begins, quote from Vox:

At least 50 are injured. Enough. It's time to bring back Christendom and start banning religions again. The Enlightenment is not only over, it failed.

How many more people need to die for multiculturalism and diversity? Angela Merkel should be arrested and put on trial for treason.

I can agree with latter sentiment on Merkel, I would hate to give up the Enlightenment. Perhaps pluralism as opposed to multiculturalism...

    1. A simplistic dogwhistle. I would hate to live in a monoculture. I think this guy is confusing multiculturalism with being a fundamentalist deranged sociopath.

      Delete
    2. I doubt that AA. Western culture was hardly a monoculture. But multiculturalism is that crazy idea that cultures are equal. They are not. They have widely disparate features and the individuals they produce are widely disparate as well. Islamic culture was war-like, expansionist and slave dependent. Since it was non-productive for much of its history, the route to wealth was war and theft. Chinese culture valued stability , so much so that a man born in one dynasty if moved magically thru time to another dynasty, would have seen almost nothing different in his day-to-day life except for the names of potentates. Ubuntu african culture might have been happy (and who knows, they might be the wise ones ethereally-speaking) but went nowhere for millenia. In this crazy mix, multiculturalism says we need to be tolerant of asinine other-culture ideas and people. Some cultures are compatible others are not. Islamic culture in its modern incarnation is not peaceful and the Umma at large is clearly not restraining its nutjobs. Pluralism suggests, come visit, come assimilate if you stay, contribute your uniqueness, but try not to bother those of us moving this civilization forward.

      Delete
    3. Thanks Tino I didn't know that, I really appreciate you clearing that up. I'd have thought pluralism is just common sense! Ok, this has gelped me understand the problem a bit more. Cheers.

      Delete
    4. Yeah, it's this problem that words we are taught and what the 'other side' uses them as , are two completely different thing. They morphed pluralism to multiculturalism, and the twain shall never meet in reality...

      Delete
    5. Well the Europeans certainly had no problem with multiculturalism when the shoe was on the other foot. Spain, Portugal, Britain, France all quashed locals as they spread forth. Something about chickens roosting and time being a patient karma bitch.

  19. December 17 Wall St economists doubtful Fed will deliver on rate rises The Federal Reserve will wait six months before raising interest rates again, according to a survey of top economists that suggests policymakers will maintain a cautious approach to tightening policy until they see the economic package US president-elect Donald Trump has promised. Officials will raise the Fed’s key short-term rate just twice in 2017, starting with a move in June, an FT survey of 31 Wall Street economists found. The findings come days after the central bank pushed its official rate higher for only the second time since the financial crisis and rattled bond markets by projecting three further moves next year. The FT survey found that economists expect the gloss Mr Trump can add to US growth next year and in 2018 to be modest. The US will grow an additional 0.2 percentage points in 2017 thanks to a stimulus package from Mr Trump, putting overall expansion at 2.2 per cent, economists project. In 2018, Mr Trump’s contribution will be 0.4 percentage points, pushing GDP growth to 2.3 per cent. Nick Note: I doubt there will be any more of these token rate increases. 25 basis points, a quarter of 1% is nothing. The next Fed move on rates will be DOWN. As it becomes apparent that there are no game changing events on the near horizon.

  23. Kissinger calls Trump a 'phenomenon that foreign countries haven't seen'
Kissinger said every country now has to consider two things.

"One, their perception that the previous president, or the outgoing president, basically withdrew America from international politics, so that they had to make their own assessments of their necessities," he said.

"And secondly, that here is a new president who's asking a lot of unfamiliar questions. And because of the combination of the partial vacuum and the new questions, one could imagine that something remarkable and new emerges out of it."

When asked if he has a sense about the president-elect's emerging foreign policy vision, Kissinger said he and the billionaire appear to operate differently, but offered some praise for the issues Trump has raised.

"I think he operates by a kind of instinct that is a different form of analysis as my more academic one," Kissinger said.

"But he's raised a number of issues that I think are important, very important. And if they're addressed properly, could lead to good — great results."

SNOPES claims Giuliani has no twitter account at all. We all know how trustworthy Snopes is, however, due to the fact that there is no Twitter for Giuliani that is even a year old Snopes might be right. I am not certain though because of how much Snopes lies, and the original Giuliani pizza gate report is HERE. Make of it what you will, but consider it removed only because it is not 100 percent certain. Snopes had no definitive proof it was fake, all they did was say it is and claim the account was not Rudy's while falsely representing a November statement by Giuliani saying a twitter statement was false as if it was for this series of December tweets when it was not. That's Snopes for ya. You can't expect a straight scoop from them, they twist like a worm."

My guess is he has Kaposi's sarcoma which may be related to HIV infection or some other compromise of his immune system. FBI Anon on 4chan mentioned he was being poisoned by Hillary.

    2. Hell America itself was poisoned by Hillary. Agreed he looks STD infected, it may be a cocktail. I suspect HPV as well as HIV. Look at his life and his whole throat and neck being eaten. Hopefully he's a molotov cocktail of it, but I feel for those poor girls.

    3. I don't think so. His appearance is more like somebody with advanced alcoholism rather than Karposi's. The burst capillaries on the nose and throughout the face are more indicative of venous problems due to a weakening of the vessel walls and that is more like alcoholism than AIDS. AIDs victims with Karposi's Sarcoma tend towards extreme pallor.

    Published on Dec 21, 2016

Russian president discovers 'proof' that fabled creature exists while on short vacation in Kemerovo region.

'He and his entourage saw an adult male and female, and a smaller child Yeti, at a distance of about 150 metres,' said Dmitry Ivanov, a national park wildlife expert who was with the group.

'At first the creatures stood and watched, then took big strides into the trees. Briefly, they reappeared as if curious about the presidential group, but then vanished again. The were covered in thick grey coloured hair and took giant steps, far bigger than a man.'

    3. AJ, no I haven't, but it falls under one of things that probably should do. Having seen one of these years ago where I grew up recognized then they weren't monsters or something bad. Having seen more later in unexpected places quickly realized they were something special.

For the most part I see us all as connected. Sometimes harder than others, but these ones, whether called yeti, big foot or abominable snowmen, have never shown me they are something to fear.

Karma, yes. A good friend relayed a story about one young bigfoot not recognizing why calves would be raised in small pens by themselves. These weren't veal calves, just dairy bull calves just getting started and would sold once ten days to two weeks old to be grown out for beef.

The youngster went through and broke the calves necks. The farmer arrived on the scene as the youngster was finishing and having brought his gun began shooting. He did injure the youngster(did not kill), but the problem never arose again. The farmer did change how he did things though. He began using nurse cows. This happened in NE Texas about 20 years ago.

The only difference between him and Hillary is that he is PUBLIC with his scoffing at the law and she was covert. Both were POOR choices as they will NOT improve things for the vast majority. This is the last act of this play BEFORE people get utterly fed up. Unfortunately, the consequences will probably be quite horrible.

I am not sure why you discuss "flouting laws" and then give that link. The president is not required by law to have their business in a blind trust or similar.

    2. I recognize that, C, but as I pointed out...I do know somebody involved in Trump's past "workouts" and my perspective on his finances is a bit different. There are two things that trouble me: one, why didn't he follow convention? and two, shouldn't people really know whether he is as skilled at business as he portrays. My insights lead me to believe that HE IS NOT and that he has been both lucky and the recipient of pragmatic help necessitated by the disasters that he created which could have taken down his benefactors if assistance was not rendered (from what I knew from a workout person).

Let me modify what I wrote--Trump flouted convention and deprived the people of an accurate portrait of his abilities from which to make a decision. IMHO, most people voted AGAINST Hillary and her corruption, but NOT for Trump. That is what the polls reflect and that is what disturbs me, because it could have severe repercussions over the long term.

    3. WS,

I cannot see a Trump presidency anything but a win, as the alternative was sure disaster, worldly.

I reserve judgement until Trump is in office and has time to start implementing his campaign promises. If he fails to come good on any of the promises that obviously got him elected, then it's both barrels.

But until such a time I will stay a "glass half full" opinion as this election was the greatest two fingers up to the establishment that I have been alive to see.

All the greatest leaders in history all had bones in their closet. Everyone of them. Why is Trump being held to a different standard? Even before he even has a chance to do anything?

I am not a "Trumper", nor do I advocate for him. What I do is judge his actions as president. Not president elect or what he said or did 10 years ago. What he does January 20, 2017 onward is what matters.

    3. Writeously,
I read many, many articles. You're the one making the assertions that Trump scoffs and flouts laws. I think it's reasonable to ask you which laws. Please cite. What you replied with are not "laws." He released a 10-12 page detailed financial statement at time he entered the race. That's good enough for me and much more detailed than a tax return. So he has fulfilled that "standard." Seriously, yes, ad hominem attacks. Not just today...over last few weeks. I think we all understand here that you are far left in political views and probably still upset about the results of the election.

      Delete
    4. Yeah, I can tell. First of all, the Constitution prohibits "emoluments" which are benefits that accrue from receiving an office. I would think that the fact that Trump is GAINING huge contracts from the Secret Service might fit under that rubric. Secondly, he did not provide his TAX RETURNS but everybody else did and has. I don't care if it is "good enough for you" as you frankly aren't in a definitive position to decide what is appropriate, because the common practice is to release such information.

https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/18/203 This is the statute relating to receiving of benefits for doing favors for people while in a position of public trust. GIVING DONORS BIG JOBS IN THE CABINET QUALIFIES UNDER THAT CATEGORY OF MALFEASANCE.

As TO MY POLITICAL BELIEFS/OPINIONS, YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHAT I believe as evidenced by your attempt to dismiss my thoughts as "far left." You actually would be wrong. The fact that you don't understand what I am actually pointing out is symptomatic of the big problem in this country. My beliefs and opinions are built upon a systematic read of all varieties of information including economics, business and accounting. Because I make an "observation" about Mr. Trump's character and abilities doesn't make what I wrote an "attack." You added that characterization, not me. I also included Hillary Clinton in the same discussion which sort of defangs your assertion as to my leanings.

I suggest that you take some time and do some reading from some sources other than Breitbart, the Libertarian Daily and Fox News. Try reading internationally and learn about the many and varied approaches that are out there that aren't based on Ayn Rand's views of radical predatory capitalism. If you can handle other points of view, I might be more inclined to lend creedence to what you have to say.

If you ever look, you will see that my posts come from a wide variety of places: Zerohedge, Reuters, RT, Slashdot, economics journals, the OECD, Veterans Today, the Guardian and many more. I don't just read what you would characterize as "left wing" sources. At the present time, I am reading something from Stieglitz as well as books on bereavement and HTML. So, you see, you are stereotyping me without actually paying attention to what I post.

    6. Uh no -- You misconstrue the law and its intent. The United States government operates a "spoils system". It IS the customary practice, for example, to give donors an Ambassadorship. The law you quoted makes *personal* enrichment by the elected Official illegal. I had a long talk with Ambassador Raab about that, 36 years ago at the Embassy in Italy.

    7. WS,
"Gaining huge contracts from Secret Service"? Are you referring to space Secret Service needs to house personal protection agents for the family by renting some space in Trump Tower? You might want to review what Biden and others have done. Biden cut a deal charging SS about double the rental value of a small cottage on his property would rent for on open market.

Trump has declined the salary except for $1/year. The SS still needs to protect he and his family. There should be no problem renting the space...just not for more than market value. If you are citing something else, please cite it and the reference for where it came from.

The 3 sources you attribute to me are not among my usual sources. I don't recall ever seeing the middle one. As for economics journals, The Economist is a Rothschild publication so anything there should be suspect.

As for "government," sadly we don't really have one. All we have is a mostly foreign-owned corporation at every level that has usurped all de jeur government and is operating as de facto.

Spoils system is correct! Last 8 years on steroids. That's what the $T "stimulus" was all about...stimulate the wallets of those on the political left with plenty of kickbacks. Having said that, the encouraging news on cabinet appointments is that he's actually appointing people with demonstrated expertise in the fields. People with actual ability to analyze what's wrong and change it. Trump was a pragmatic choice for many. Not disappointed yet.

    8. John, your point is well taken and I agree. Tino, nice snark at the current system, but how it runs (practice) is not how it was intended to run (actual law).

Texian, just because you have not read these sources doesn't mean that they are not good ones. I spend my entire day reading laws and construing them. I am quite intelligent as my extensive vocabulary and grammar and my many test scores and advanced degree suggest. I do not need to PROVE that I can analyze facts, data and laws. My degrees and my job prove that--even though you don't know what those attainments are.

I am open to other points of view--provided they come with some backup. You requested that I PROVE my point, but you have yet to prove or justify your belief in Mr. Trump. I happen to actually have a MUCH deeper view on the man via someone who did his actual "workouts," so before you decide that I need to prove something, maybe you need to know where I am coming from.

      Delete
    9. WS,
Ok, you can think you're the most brilliant person in the room. 😉

I've never professed a "belief" in Trump. As I stated, he was a pragmatic choice. The opposite of idealistic is pragmatic, a word that describes a philosophy of "doing what works best." IMO we all owe him a chance to attempt to do what he has promised without further attacks. He's not even in office as yet. I have no reason or need to prove or justify anything. It's clear to me that he will be conducting his presidency in the manner he sees fit just as he did his campaign.

However, since you have a close personal knowledge, go ahead and tell us the source of the workout information and what the big problem involves. You're still just spewing attacks and innuendo without any quoted source or details.

As I wrote, I have not read the Libertarian Daily...now you're promoting it as good? I'm familiar with Zero Hedge and most of the others you mention and have linked to them at this site. I don't generally take time to read links that are not "hot" which would be all of yours. On an IPad, it's difficult to copy and then much of the OWN link info has to be erased in browser window. Since you're so clever and have advanced degrees, surely you can learn how to post a hot link from the tutorial Canauzzie has so kindly provided.

    10. @Writeously,

No. Really. Not even a snark at the current system. It IS a spoils system. It IS legal. As a matter of history it goes right back to John Adams v Thomas Jefferson. The statute you reference prevents the Elected Official from benefiting. It DOES NOT prevent the official from assigning donors to positions. Period. As a matter of law. You ARE mis-reading the statute. For those that want to click to it here is the link . Judge for yourselves.

Now if you want to discuss whether or not a spoils system should be run, I am all with you. The original intent was to prevent entrenched bureaucracy. Unfortunately we have that already, so the spoils system merely expands that since no-one wants to de-politicize and fire them all. Washington DC wouldn't be able to annoy us as much as it does if it had 10% of the present busy-bodies....

      Delete
    11. Clearly, I am opposed to a spoils system as I am opposed to predatory capitalism. Both sacrifice many groups for the benefit of a small fraction of the population which isn't necessarily a "deserving" group...meaning that many have not EARNED their wealth, they just had it handed to them via trusts etc.

The "spoils system" as currently constituted is tearing the society apart.

    12. Part of the root problem is the idea of "a right to govern" or "a right to rule". Locke's ideas were not taken to their logical conclusion to prevent power concentrations whether of money or force or influence. We could even debate the merits of concentrations if the so-called experts were right, but the 100-yr track record of the experts is horrifying, as we sit here deliberately brought to the brink of a Fourth Reich or Luciferian push, take your pick.

It is fascinating that in a country with anti-trust laws, where monopolies of old were never inimical to the people (Standard Oil roughly dropped the price of heating oil and kerosene 45-fold making it affordable to the every day folk), the actually dangerous monopolies have been exempted by law. Banking, medicine, Federal Reserve, should all take the form of utilities on the grounds of hydraulic despotism and be severely chained down and punished for restraint-of-trade issues. All 3 need to be reconfigured into being total welfare-of-the-individual oriented.

Not many actually follow the links to read/listen for themselves. Many articles can be disproved or shown to be severely outdated this way. They know most won't bother to check and they can run that narrative as long as they want till called out, then they will just "update it" or worse, create a retraction buried with misnomer headline that no one will read.

The first change needs to be a reinstatement of Glass Steagall and drawing a bright line between banking and investment banking as this is an area that it going to go SOUTH very quickly in the new year...as it has in Italy, Spain and, well, every where. If we don't want a replay of "The Big Short," I would strongly suggest banning DERIVATIVES based on government case flows as a start, because many of the derivatives on the "negative" side of the bet are resulting in draining money out of government and into bloated GS pockets. This includes "Obamacare" which needs to be restructured completely into a single payer with adequate price controls and incentives for health care and pharma to be remade into not-for-profits with better oversight. There is no reason for drug prices to go up 600% in a couple of years, but that is what is happen with the "low innovation" buy versus invent situation that currently exists.

CUT THE BASES, CUT THE INTELLIGENCE REDUNDANCY THAT IS FEEDING CERTAIN SMALL MID-EASTERN COUNTRIES CONTROLLING THE US GOVERNMENT. RE-EXAMINE THE TAX LAWS AND BEGIN RE-DISTRIBUTING THE COSTS AFTER THE MILITARY BLOAT IS PRUNED. Already, he has dropped the vitriol on Clinton to "Join the Club". It smells.

His Jewish Son in Law, with his criminal father, to be appointed a Peace Apparatchik to the Middle East? A Jew kid at large, with no experience talking to the Arabs, with Mossad all over him. It's the move of a child on a gaming board. It needs sophisticated intellect. They will toy with the fool.

Again, the lesser of 2 VERY bad choices and it shows already. We need to be preparing for 4 years ahead. All we achieved was to stop Clinton. Sleeping on Point Guard Duty now is no excuse. The battle is not over, it has not even begun. In 3 months we wait in hope, and will see. We hope. But with no small sense of trepidation. This is Trump.

How can America be rebuilt unless they drain the swamp? Which means ZERO more Hymies to the Treasury and Fed. So, you appoint another Mafiosa to the Crime commission? Liberals? It's why they walk all over the Laws and Frag the Constitution. So,Gentiles are to serve?

    7. John,

      You failed to name one.

Everything you just spoke of is all dependent on what he will do, not what he has done. So how is he ducking?

Putting Clinton in jail is the responsibility of his Attorney General. This cannot be looked at as revenge. Like I said, a game has to be played. Will Trump follow through with jailing Clinton? Who knows? That is yet to be seen. Therefore it is way to early to cast judgement.

It could be something as simple as playing politics without his true agenda being shown. Jesus, your prestigious Chatham House gave HRC an award for F sakes. Like I said, could just be politics.

Words are cheap and actions speak volumes. Until he has the opportunity to act, I will reserve judgement.

Trump just got his cabinet position picked and now has to pick a supreme. He has done this on record pace.

Hopefully his promises come to fruition and swiftly. To claim they are not or that Trump is "ducking" them is way too premature.

He doesn't even have the authority yet to even try to "drain the swamp" and if he did drain it overnight there would be no government left.

The RNC is against him, the DNC is against him. The MOP is doing everything they can against him. The SJW are relentless against him (which I see as all positives). And without him having the authority to do anything yet, you want to pit us against him.

      Actions, not words John... actions...

    8. Trumps actions, 90 days, we will see. Major foul up one appointing another Zio to the Treasury. The stench is rank! Zero progress. He just topped up the swamp. Blinkers? God save us from Liberals.

    10. John,

Liberals and conservatives are the problem. Forcing someone into either category creates division much like religions do. I am neither but can be forced into both. When only given two choices, or in my case practically 3, who I vote for does not and should not define me as a person nor label me based on the party of who I voted for. IMO political parties should be abolished and legislatively outlawed.

      Texian,

Theresa May promised Article 50 would be triggered by the end of March. There are hurdles though, so we will see.

The government has appealed an earlier judgement that the High Court stated that triggering Article 50 requires Parliamentary approval, not just a popular vote of the people. Which could possibly delay triggering almost indefinitely. The appeal judgement is due in January.

  66. Trumps latest policy.

He wants more Nuclear subs and greater missile power. To which Russia and China will respond. So now we have Nuclear proliferation to kill ever more.

What happened to trade, wealth creation and peace? Russia's Military Leaders will not be threatened or bullied. Unlike America, with Nuclear Shelters for 30M of its people, it will launch and be damned. Proliferating Nuclear Arms is the action of a fool. So he reaches out with a Nuke to Russia? That is Russian Roulette.

Not even in office and already escalating tensions. His known short attention span does not augur well for considered policies. These are the utterances of a fool. There were only two. Clinton was a No and this one may not do. Hold onto those seats.

Putin has upgraded their shields. If it kicks off, it will be massive.

    2. John,

"Moscow (AFP) - Russian President Vladimir Putin on Thursday called for the country to reinforce its military nuclear potential and praised the army's performance in its Syria campaign.

In a speech that recapped military activities in 2016, Putin said the army's preparedness has "considerably increased" and called for continued improvement that would ensure it can "neutralise any military threat".

"We need to strengthen the military potential of strategic nuclear forces, especially with missile complexes that can reliably penetrate any existing and prospective missile defence systems," the Kremlin strongman said."

Putin urges Russian nuclear weapons boost

      In response:

"Donald Trump called for a nuclear arms build-up Thursday, a day after meeting with top Pentagon brass and Russian President Vladimir Putin made his own speech calling for his country to strengthen its arsenal.

In a tweet sent while on vacation at his Mar-a-Lago estate, the president-elect said, “The United States must greatly strengthen and expand its nuclear capability until such time as the world comes to its senses regarding nukes.”

      ...

Trump’s tweet, below, comes hours after Putin delivered a speech to his Defense Ministry Board advocating an upgrade of his country’s weapons systems.

Donald Trump Wants to Build Up America’s Nuclear Arsenal

Sounds like a TIT for TAT to me.... so who is responding to who?

      Delete
    3. Russia is responding to US bases surrounding it and ever more US forces arriving with weapons on its borders each month. Be assured, if Russia does have to launch, everything in its path coming in over the Arctic circle over Canada will be wiped out.

Russia is only responding to US build ups threatening its freedom. Who is responding? Russia. Try looking at the US base maps and asking, why? Seen any surrounding America? Why?
Seen how many US bases surround Russia? Why?

How many nations have Russia attacked? Syria killing US funded ISIS and US contractors. America?

990 plus US bases are in place for what? Cut the bases, ease the tensions. OWON will show you that. Cut the bases, build the economies. Cut the US Agencies drug trafficking crime drops. Cut insurrection arms sales drop. Bad for US profits. And Canada sells out to that? Once Canadians thought like Europeans. Whose been assimilated? Russia is responding to being surrounded by armed thugs. Is that hard to factor in? God help you if Russia has to act, especially if you are in flight paths or a good Russian para landing site for ground forces.

Since when has Russia opened 990 bases? Remember Cuba? How can the world, "Come to its senses " with 990 plus rogue bases threatening nations?

Russia is talking sense. Laverov especially.
So now, we have a Canadian supported arms race. A great start for 2017. Not!

    4. John,

      We were talking Trump...

Is Trump to blame for over 60 years of aggression?

The media is at Trump's throat and he is just supposed to roll over when faced with what Putin said? All eyes are on him now and you want him to look weak, lose the momentum the American people gave him?

It's still all talk and posturing... still waiting to see actions....

Now going right off the reservation and dragging Canada into this? I am Canadian and know our history quite well. We have been a vassal state of the US since John Diefenbaker caved over the Avro CF-105 Arrow. So you won't get an argument from me over anything Canada does in support of US hegemony. One point though, we refused to go into Iraq and how did that work out for ya? When is Blair going to jail? The depopulation of Chagossians from the Chagos Archipelago was done by whom? Diego Garcia was then leased to whom? Who are the members of the Five Eyes (FVEY)? What agreement do they have and which two countries a named in the treaty's title?

I can throw stones all day too, but I digress.

The topic was Trump, but we could debate anything you wish. All I am doing is playing fair. I would roast Trump's ass in a heartbeat given the facts to do so. So far the only thing he has done is have a poor choice for Secretary of the Treasury, but he still has to answer to Trump, so the jury is still out.
